Delivery & Signature Disclaimer

All parcels, regardless of size or value, are dispatched using a delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt.

Should you choose to authorise your parcel to be left in a designated safe place or posted through your letterbox without obtaining a signature, you do so entirely at your own risk.

By providing such authorisation, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the parcel once the courier has delivered it in accordance with your instructions.

Please note: Where delivery without a signature has been authorised by the recipient, we will not accept liability for parcels subsequently reported as missing, lost or stolen, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
